National Foundation for Transplants and Jefferson woman to benefit from motorcycle run

Each year, volunteers come together to hold a motorcycle run in memory of Mike Friedel, a local firefighter, hero and organ donor who passed away in 2012.

The proceeds of this bike run go to the National Foundation for Transplants to help offset the transplant related expenses of a local patient.

This year, NFT will be using the funds to assist Tammy Adkins of Jefferson.
