The year 2019 was a record-breaker for living donor transplants.  In a recent update to those astonishing numbers, UNOS took a look at hospitals leading the way in living donor liver transplants.

According to a newly released report, “61 transplant hospitals across the country have performed at least one living donor liver transplant in the past two years.”  Most of the surgeries occurred in hospitals with very active living donor transplant programs.
