Your Fundraising Consultant will help assess your financial needs, explain the expenses you will likely incur and work with you on funding for the following:

Hospital bills and deposits
Pharmacy costs
Insurance premiums
Patient and caregiver travel, food and lodging expenses
Lost wages for Living Donors
Post-transplant medical expenses for Living Donors
Living Donor travel assistance

Additionally, contributions donated to NFT can be used for patients to meet the financial requirements for initial placement on the organ transplant waiting list.

Providing advocates for your journey

Each patient who requests NFT assistance with transplant expenses is assigned a Fundraising Consultant and a Patient Advocate. The Patient Advocates provide the education and training the patient – and patient family members – need to understand NFT assistance.

What’s more, the Fundraising Consultant is an invaluable partner in helping ensure the patient and family can navigate the transplant process as smoothly as possible.
